Choose the exercise style that fits your lifestyle. Don't like working out in front of people? Stream workouts from your TV or device. Energized by music? Try a Zumba class.

Fitness program:
3 steps to get started
Assess your fitness level
You probably have some idea of how fit you are; however, tracking and recording your progress dramatically increases your chances of success. My initial consultation includes an overall assessment of your fitness level. Click here to set up a time to meet.

Design your fitness program
It's easy to say that you'll exercise every day. But you'll need a plan – as they say, ‘Fail to Plan, Plan to Fail’. I focus on designing a plan that works with your life, balancing family, career and life’s crazy schedule to ensure that you can fit exercise that’s fun and enjoyable into your busy day.

Find a Partner / Coach / Mentor
It can be challenging to stick to an exercise program by yourself. You are more likely to stick with it if you have a coach or partner to help you along the way and keep you accountable. That’s what I do!

Get started
Now you're ready for action. The first step is usually the hardest, but with a Partner /Coach / Mentor, it will be much easier to begin and to stick with it. Progress is made every day – remember, slow and steady wins the race! The key is to BEGIN!
Exercise at Home
Prefer to work out at home? Gyms and classes are not for everyone. Stream your workout from Netflix , Apps or Amazon Prime to feel the burn without the audience. You can choose from cardio, strength, or stretch classes and more.
